Overview

BuySwipe ("we", "us") operates a wholesale trading-card buying platform for card dealers. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account and profile: name, company, email, phone number, shipping address
• Order and payment history: cards selected, order totals, invoice status, payment method, and Stripe payment references
• Device push token (iOS) when you enable notifications
• Sign-in records: login timestamps, method, and outcome for security and support

How we use information

We use this data to operate the buying platform, assign and fulfill wholesale lots, process payments, ship physical cards, send operational emails and push notifications you opt into, and maintain business and tax records.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing for card and ACH checkout
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Apple — push notification delivery on iOS

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Account profile data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account in Settings, we remove sign-in access and personal lists (auto-buy, block list, notification preferences, push tokens). Order, invoice, and payment records are retained for business, accounting, and tax purposes even after account deletion.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your account information by contacting us. You may delete your account at any time from Buyer Settings. Deletion removes sign-in access immediately; transaction records remain as described above.
